Stem Cell Organizations

Where the funding goes

Stem cell research is not only something that goes in the United States but major organization are expanding rapidly to many other countries including: Australia, Canada, China, Europe, Finland, Israel, Japan, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. The more well known, larger international organizations include: The International Stem Cell Forum (ISCF), The International Society for Stem Cell Research, and the UK Stem Cell Bank which is sponsored by the UK Medical Research Council. The International Stem Cell Forum (ISCF) was founded and funded in 2003 by 14 major groups around the world. This organization provides encouragement and overall funding for accurate stem cell practice. The International Society for Stem Cell Research is a place of research to figure out new ideas for stem cells and non-profitably share and exchange information with other organizations to supply a knowledgeable community. The third great international organization is The UK Stem Cell Bank. This is a place where research and treatment information is organized and stem cell lines are stored and supplied. Stem cell research has become a world wide idea that can possibly shape the way we, as humans, deal with disease and future sicknesses with the help of these organizations all over the world.
